I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is fantastic, right between Jounieh and Beirut, and the staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were very basic which didn't meet my expectations. The dining options were somewhat limited, which was disappointing, but the friendly service made up for some of that.
